Jacki Couchman

Jacki Couchman has extensive experience in strategic and organizational change, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Change and Head of Veterans' Affairs at the New Zealand Defence Force. Previously, Jacki held the position of Deputy Chief Executive and Acting Government Chief Talent Officer at the State Services Commission and worked as a Programme Manager at Immigration NZ, Department of Labour. Additional roles include Lead Advisor in Organizational Development at the Ministry of Social Development and Change Manager during the implementation of the intelligence agencies review at DPMC. Jacki Couchman holds an LLB(Hons) in Law from Victoria University of Wellington and completed education at the University of Queensland and Melbourne Business School between 2003 and 2007.
