Head Of Safety, Wellbeing & Capability at New Zealand King Salmon

Jon Lambert has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Jon most recently worked at New Zealand King Salmon as the Head of Safety, Wellbeing & Capability, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Performance & Capabilities at the same company from April 2021 to April 2022. Jon also held the role of Learning & Development Manager at New Zealand King Salmon from May 2011 to April 2021.

Before joining New Zealand King Salmon, Jon worked as a Consultant at Intepeople from August 2013 to September 2015. Jon also founded and served as the Director of Lambert Learning & Development from January 2010 to January 2014.

Jon gained experience in human resources management as the Human Resources Manager at Nutrizeal from April 2013 to August 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Learning & Development Manager at Brett Group from 2005 to 2009.

Earlier in their career, Jon worked as a Training Manager at Cummins Power Generation from 2003 to 2005. Jon also worked as a Training Consultant at IPS International from 1998 to 2003 and as a Training Manager at UK Paper from 1995 to 1998.

Jon's first management position was as the Personnel, Training & Safety Manager at Scott Paper from July 1989 to July 1994. Overall, Jon Lambert has a wealth of experience in learning and development roles across various industries.

Jon Lambert attended Chatham House Grammar School from 1978 to 1985. Jon then pursued a degree in Public Administration at the Polytechnic of Wales from 1985 to 1989.
