Andrew Cutler

Andrew Cutler is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in both government and nonprofit sectors. Since January 2017, Andrew has served as Director and Corporate Communication Manager at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, overseeing internal and external communications. As a Public Sector Communication Specialist since 1994, Andrew has provided strategic planning and stakeholder management for various government organizations. Previous roles include Project & Change Communication Contractor at the New Zealand Ministry of Defence and Communication Manager for the Royal New Zealand Navy. Andrew also held the position of National President and Board Chair of the Royal Forest & Bird Protection Society of New Zealand Inc., demonstrating leadership in conservation efforts. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in History from the University of Canterbury.
