Catherine Taylor

Catherine Taylor is a seasoned professional in research, evaluation, and monitoring, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade since June 2022. Catherine's previous roles include Principal Advisor Research and Evaluation and Senior Research and Evaluation Advisor at Hutt City Council, and Senior Research Advisor and Research Analyst at Wellington City Council.
