David Evans

David Evans has extensive experience in international relations and diplomatic roles, currently serving as Divisional Manager for the Strategy and Performance Division at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade. Previous positions include Unit Manager for the North Asia Division and Senior Legal Adviser at the same ministry. David has also held prominent roles such as Deputy High Commissioner at the New Zealand High Commission in London and Deputy Ambassador at the New Zealand Embassy in Beijing. Additionally, David has served as a WTO Dispute Settlement Panelist for the WTO Secretariat.
