Jonathan Later

Jonathan Later is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management at NZ Post, where Jonathan currently serves as GM People Experience, leading strategic initiatives for workforce development and engagement. Previously, Jonathan held roles including Head of Talent Acquisition and Management, overseeing recruitment and talent management frameworks, and Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for national leadership in talent sourcing. Jonathan's career began as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, where responsibilities included sourcing for mid to senior-level corporate functions. In addition, Jonathan serves as a Board Trustee for Marram Community Trust and holds a certificate in Digital Marketing from the Marketing Association.
