May-Ling Allerby

May-Ling Allerby is a highly experienced HR professional currently serving as a Strategic People Change Specialist at NZ Post since December 2015, focusing on large-scale transformational programs and people change processes. Previous experience includes roles as an HR Projects and Change Specialist, Transition Lead, Senior HR Advisor, and Team Leader at NZ Post, as well as an HR Adviser at the Department of Corrections and various HR and administrative positions at HHL Group and Jump NZ Limited. May-Ling holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Tourism Management from Victoria University of Wellington.
