Nicola Wood

Nicola Wood is an experienced organisational development professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as the Organisational Development Lead at NZ Post since March 2023, Nicola has previously held roles such as Executive Coach & Consultant at The Female Career and People and Culture Manager at MTF Finance. Significant contributions were made during tenure at Air New Zealand and BNZ, focusing on organisational development, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Earlier experience includes key roles at Vector Ltd, HEWITT ASSOCIATES, and Vodafone New Zealand, where Nicola was instrumental in developing leadership capabilities and implementing various development programmes. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Auckland.
