Marlini Naidoo

Marlini Naidoo has a diverse work experience in various roles related to recruitment and talent acquisition. Most recently, they worked as a Recruitment Lead at KiwiRail starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Volume Recruitment Leader at Inland Revenue NZ from March 2022 to October 2022. Marlini also worked at Auckland Council as a Talent/Redeployment/Project Specialist from May 2019 to March 2022, where they handled recruitment activities, managed recruitment projects, and collaborated with stakeholders across the organization. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Restaurant Brands Ltd and as a Lead - Talent Acquisition at AFROX SA part of the Linde Group. Additionally, Marlini gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner/Team Leader at Accenture and as a Senior Recruitment Advisor/Relationship Manager at PAG. Marlini began their career at South African Airways as a Pursor/Senior Flight Attendant.

Marlini Naidoo holds a Master's degree in Leadership Change & Innovation from York St. John University, which was completed from 2016 to 2018. Marlini also participated in the MDP - Management Development Program at GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) in 2015, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2013 and 2014, they completed the Global HR Certification program at Cornell University Graduate School with a specialization in Human Resource. Prior to these qualifications, Naidoo attended CAPA in Chennai, South India from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts. In 1992, they obtained a Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Birnam Business College. Additionally, they completed their secondary education at Lenasia Secondary from 1985 to 1992.
