Maya Rawat is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in application support and technical analysis. Currently serving as an Application Support Analyst at KiwiRail since May 2024, Maya has previously worked as a Field Services Engineer at NTT and in multiple roles at Jarden, including Technical Analyst for Trading Application Support and Desktop Support Analyst. Prior experience includes positions as a Service Desk Engineer at Optic Digital and Service Desk Analyst at ECL Group Ltd, where roles encompassed Level 1 and 2 support.
