Anna Cochrane

Anna Cochrane is a Customer Success Consultant at FYI, with a diverse background in customer success, business development, and consulting. Currently volunteering with the New Zealand Red Cross, Anna assists former refugees in settling into their new community. With consulting experience in the Accounting Tech sector and a history of working as a Client Success Director and Brand Ambassador, Anna has demonstrated expertise in managing client relationships and developing growth strategies. Previous roles include Head of Customer Success at TIQK Pty Limited and Business Development Manager at TSheets.com LLC, where responsibilities encompassed customer onboarding, project management, and operational processes. Anna's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from Aoraki Polytech and university entrance from Waimate High School.
