Guy Nicholson is an accomplished board member and strategic advisor with extensive experience in regeneration, investment, and community engagement. Currently, Guy serves as a Board Member for the London Legacy Development Corporation and as a Strategic Advisor for Harlow & Gilston Garden Town, playing a pivotal role in establishing a local government-led regeneration partnership that aims to deliver 23,000 new homes. As Chair of Newable Ltd, Guy is transitioning the company into a significant investment fund, while also contributing to the East End Community Foundation and Autograph Abp as a Trustee. Additionally, Guy holds positions with the UK Innovation Corridor and the Local Government Association, providing insights on public service performance. Previously, Guy served as Deputy Mayor for Delivery, Inclusive Economy & Regeneration in the London Borough of Hackney and successfully led CREATE London, enhancing community connections through the arts. Guy Nicholson holds a BA Hons in Theatre Design from the Central School of Art and Design.
