Henk van Gerven is an experienced logistics and warehouse management professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and lean methodologies. Currently serving as Teamleader Warehouse at Neways Electronics International NV since April 2016, Henk previously held positions including Operational Teamleader at Van Gansewinkel and Continuous Improvement Coach at FAMAR, where significant achievements included reducing Change Over times and enhancing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Henk also has extensive experience as Lean Coordinator at Menlo Worldwide Logistics, focusing on the implementation of Lean principles across multiple European locations, and has served as Warehouse Supervisor.
