Patrick O'Malley

Patrick O'Malley is an experienced emergency physician and entrepreneur with a diverse background in medical education and healthcare innovation. As the owner of The Laceration Course, Patrick developed a comprehensive training program for laceration management, providing valuable resources to clinicians. In addition, Patrick has served as an emergency physician at Newberry County Memorial Hospital since 2017 and previously held multiple roles including owner of Lactalite, which addresses challenges faced by breastfeeding mothers. Patrick's extensive clinical experience includes positions at Lexington Medical Center and as a locums physician, complemented by expertise as a physician liaison for Centurion Medical Products and co-chief medical officer at MR1 Holdings. Patrick's medical education includes an MD from East Carolina University and a BS in Biology from Elon University.
