Mat Frink

Mat Frink is an accomplished Senior Technical Writer and Communication Specialist at Newberry Group, where responsibilities include supporting communication and technical writing for the USDA’s IT service provider, Client Experience Center. With prior experience at Cerner Corporation as a Documentation Architect and Documentation Developer, Mat led cross-functional teams to create strategies for the IT Service Catalog and developed various presentations to convey technical information. At B/E Aerospace, Mat served as Lead Technical Writer, spearheading the development of a technical publications web portal aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, along with authoring extensive technical documentation. Mat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Graphics from Pittsburg State University and attended Johnson County Community College.
