Todor J. Fay

Todor J. Fay is the co-founder and CEO of NewBlue, Inc., a rapidly growing and respected digital video effects, streaming and cloud technology company. Fay has more than three decades of software development and design experience and holds more than 30 audio and video technology patents. In addition to leading NewBlue, he oversees the technical direction of the company’s line of professional and consumer video effects software, 3D titling, motion graphics, and live streaming technologies. Prior to co-founding NewBlue, Fay served as Lead Software Architect at Microsoft Corporation in the DirectMusic group and later created the original audio architecture for the Xbox team. Earlier in his career, he co-founded The Blue SoundWorks, pioneers in audio technology, which was ultimately acquired by Microsoft. Fay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Masters of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University.
