Cathy Daughenbaugh

Cathy Daughenbaugh serves as the President of NewBridge Partners, Inc. since October 2015, bringing extensive experience in organizational wellness and consulting. Previously, Cathy held the role of Organizational Wellness at Scitor and worked as an LD OD Consultant from 2000 until October 2015. Prior to that, Cathy was involved in consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton from July 1999 to July 2007. Cathy earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from American University between 2010 and 2012, and holds educational credentials from both the University of Maryland and Georgetown University.
