Karen Martin has over three decades of experience in residential operations and management, currently serving as the Residence Operations Coordinator at NewBridge Services, Inc. since March 1990. Prior to this role, Karen was a Group Home Manager at Morris ARC from July 1985 to November 1987. Karen Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Caldwell University, obtained in 1981, and a degree in Computer Programming from The Chubb Institute, completed between 1997 and 1999.
