Paul Keane

Paul Keane is a highly experienced legal professional serving as a Senior Consultant and Managing Partner at Reddy Charlton LLP since August 1979, specializing in Corporate law and Commercial transactions. Keane held prestigious roles, including Immediate Past Chairman of the Business Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland and Chairman of the Task Force on the Legal Services Regulation Act. Currently a Council Member of the European Law Institute and Honorary Consul General of Sweden, Keane also plays an active role in the Law Society of Ireland, where responsibilities include chairing various committees.
