Danielle Hidalgo

Danielle Hidalgo has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries. Danielle began their career in 2009 as a Barn Manager at the Northwest Therapeutic Riding Center. From there, they worked as a Sales Associate at American Family Insurance, where they gained certifications in Auto, Life, and Home insurance. In 2012, Danielle held the role of Independent Contractor at Connect Communications before moving on to become a Client Relations Manager at Green Pixel Development. Danielle managed a team of telecommuting employees and worked closely with clients to set up their online products.

In 2013, Danielle started their own business, Back to Basics, where they served as the Owner and Trainer. During this time, they also worked at TrueBlue Inc., holding various positions such as National Leads Specialist, Sales Effectiveness Specialist, and Associate Manager, Center of Excellence. Their responsibilities included developing lead generation programs, supporting sales leaders, and identifying opportunities for technical and business process improvements.

Danielle's work in the equestrian industry continued with their role as an Onsite Barn Manager at NanSea Stables from 2017 to 2021. In 2019, they took on the position of Firefighter/EMT at the Ocean Shores Fire Department and Griffin Fire Department until 2022. Danielle then transitioned to the role of Implementation Consultant at Newbury Partners, where they worked until their promotion to Director, Systems & Operations in 2023.

Throughout their career, Danielle has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles and industries, utilizing their skills in customer service, management, and operations.

Danielle Hidalgo began their education by obtaining an Associate of Sciences and Arts degree in General Studies from Whatcom Community College, which they pursued from 2009 to 2010. Danielle then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Remington College, completing their studies from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Danielle Hidalgo has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received EAGALA Training 1 from EAGALA. Later, they obtained certifications including Firefighter 1 from the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress in 2021, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in 2020, Equi First Aid Advanced Instructor from Equi First Aid in 2022, CHA - Master Instructor English (w/ Jump) & Western from CHA-CERTIFIED HORSEMANSHIP ASS in 2022, and Certified Horsemanship Association - Master Instructor E/W & Jumping from the Certified Horsemanship Association in 2022.
