Natacha Pierre, CAPM

Natacha Pierre, CAPM has extensive work experience with various companies. Natacha is currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Newbury Partners, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Natacha worked at Citrix where they had multiple roles, including Project Manager from March 2022 to February 2023, Associate Project Manager from October 2019 to February 2022, and Capital Analyst from January 2016 to October 2019. Before Citrix, they worked at TekPartners as a Project Coordinator from August 2015 to February 2016 and as a Contract Data Analyst from May 2015 to August 2015. Natacha started their career at B/E Aerospace in June 2002, where they held several positions, including Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst from November 2006 to September 2014, Contract Administrator from June 2002 to November 2006, and Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator from June 2002 to the present.

Natacha Pierre, CAPM, obtained their BA in Public Administration from Florida International University from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In January 2015, they completed the Family Mediation certification offered by the Supreme Court of Florida. Later, in December 2018, Natacha earned certifications in Crucial Conversations and Situational Leadership (Hersey Model) from Citrix. In June 2019, they obtained the Leading Change Through ADKAR certification, also from Citrix. Most recently, in July 2021, Natacha became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute.
