Erin Mulligan

Erin Mulligan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic people management and HR business partnering. Currently serving as a Strategic People Partner at Newcastle Building Society since November 2019, Erin collaborates with Business Leaders across various teams to promote high-performance culture aligned with organizational values. Previous roles include serving as an HR partner for Northern Powergrid, EDF Renewables, and the Parliamentary Service, where Erin provided comprehensive HR support, focusing on employment relations, change management, and recruitment.
