Ivan Guerreiro

Ivan Guerreiro has extensive work experience in the building society industry. Ivan is currently serving as the Head of Lending at Newcastle Building Society since September 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Nationwide Building Society for over a decade. In their last position at Nationwide, they served as the Senior Manager Strategic Partnering (Innovation) from July 2019 to September 2021. Before that, they held various roles such as Lead Navigator for Later Life Mortgages (Tech Deployment/Agile), Lead Product Manager for Prime Mortgages, Product Manager for BTL Mortgages, Assistant Manager for Product Management & Pricing (BTL Mortgages), and Officer for Product Management & Pricing (BTL Mortgages). Ivan also worked as a Case Owner at Nationwide Building Society from April 2007 to November 2008.

Ivan Guerreiro completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Management from Bournemouth University, attending from 2006 to 2009. Ivan then pursued further education and obtained an MBA from the University of Leicester, attending from 2009 to 2012.
