With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, Manila joined Newcastle Strategic Solutions in 2019 as its Digital Director, following 10 years as head of digital at Tesco Bank. In May 2020, Manila was appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO), making her the newest member of the Newcastle Strategic Solutions Executive Team.
She holds an honours degree in Computer Science and Management Science from the University of Strathclyde, an MBA and is also a Chartered Management Accountant. She is a certified scrum product owner and has successfully completed the Google Squared Guru programme at the Google Academy in London. Manila leads the team to drive excellent customer service standards and deliver a digital experience that customers enjoy engaging with.
