Neil Edmondson has extensive experience in IT service delivery, currently serving as Head of IT Customer & Compliance at Newcastle Strategic Solutions since September 2019. Prior to this role, Neil held various management positions, including IT Service Delivery Manager at Newcastle Systems Management Ltd from June 2015 to August 2019, and at Newcastle Building Society from October 2002 to June 2015. Neil's early career included roles such as IT Helpdesk Technician and IT Helpdesk Supervisor at Newcastle Building Society and a university placement at GSK. Neil earned a BSc in Computing for Business from Northumbria University, completed in 2002, following education at Netherhall School.
