Nicole Eichhorn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nicole currently works at 5CA, where they began as a Customer Support Professional in January 2021 before being promoted to Lead in November 2021. In July 2022, they took on the role of Engagement Lead (HR). Prior to this, Nicole worked as a Hiring Assistant at LMK Nannies from June 2020 to December 2020. Before that, they were a Client Care Specialist at Dogma from January 2019 to June 2020. Nicole also has experience in the immigration process, having worked in that field from March 2017 to January 2019. Nicole has served as a Dining Room Manager at Gasthaus & Pension Koch from October 2015 to March 2017, and at Green Dolphin Restaurant & Bar from August 2013 to October 2014. Nicole's earlier experience includes working as an Animator at Ralph's World Animation Agency from April 2015 to September 2015, and as a Paralegal at Rechtsanwälte Freitag & Blum from August 2011 to March 2013.

Nicole Eichhorn attended Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 2005 to 2008, where they studied law but did not obtain a degree. Nicole then attended SBBS Wirtschaft/Verwaltung Gera from 2008 to 2011 and earned a Fachangestellten Brief (Collegedegree) in law. Additionally, Nicole Eichhorn has obtained various certifications in subjects such as neurodiversity inclusion, workplace mental health, leadership principles, conflict resolution, communication foundations, and diversity and unconscious bias, among others.
