MJ Zaring has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. They started their career as a Financial Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle in 2005 and worked there until 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Development Associate Intern at Federal Realty Investment Trust. From 2010 to 2013, they were an Associate - Asset Manager at CWCapital Asset Management. At CBRE, they held the position of Vice President from 2013 to 2017. They then joined CA Ventures, LLC in 2018 as Vice President Acquisitions, CA Residential, staying until 2020. Currently, they work as Vice President Asset Management at Newcastle Limited.
