Pamela Suhr

Pamela is a consummate professional having developed and led sales and operations teams through various start-ups, mergers and conversions for organizations across the continental US and Canada – gaining strong experience with international feeder markets. Her career has seen her work for both large-scale hotel brands as well as independent hotels, with a focus on Florida resorts and mid to luxury urban properties, in a diverse range of senior roles.

In both her personal and professional life, Pamela isn’t afraid to seek out adventure, living by the famous words of Anais Nin, “Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.” Her skills, expertise and energy fuel their team’s drive to constantly be innovating and seeking out unique opportunities and solutions for their clients.

In addition to enjoying art, travel, reading (Hamilton by Ron Cherno and All the Lights Cannot See by Anthony Doe are two of her favourites), exploration and discovery outside of work, Pam also makes time to volunteer in the community – most recently with her local library and fire department.

And while, like all good communicators and sales people (*according to Google), she claims to keep an open mind, you will not be able to convince her that any version of Blade Runner comes close to the cinematic genius of the Harrison Ford original.
