Michel VERNIZEAU currently serves as the Group R&D Director at NEWCLIP TECHNICS since June 2024. Prior to this role, Michel held the position of VP R&D at Ganymed Robotics from July 2021 to June 2024 and served as Senior Director of Product Engineering at CorWave from January 2018 to June 2021. Michel's experience also includes a tenure as Global Director R&D at Zimmer Biomet from March 2012 to December 2017 and Senior Manager at BD Medical, where a new strategic activity in Pharmaceutical Systems was developed from December 2007 to February 2012. Earlier in the career, Michel was the Director of R&D at Biomet from September 1998 to November 2007. Academically, Michel earned a PhD in Biomechanics from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, an MBA from emlyon business school, and a degree in Mechanics from Grenoble INP - UGA, complemented by executive education from IMD in 2016.
