Chase Schieffer

Chase Schieffer was formerly GIS Technician, NewCom, B.S. The University of Iowa. Chase graduated from the Geography department at the University of Iowa specializing in GIS. He has extensive experience in the development of Geographic Information Systems for municipal management of utilities and services.
