Felicia also served as an educator for Surgical Services and efficiently managed a multispecialty surgical suite of 6 O.

Felicia Parkman, RN, MSN, RN-BC, CPHIMS has a strong educational background. In 1998 and 1999, they attended Northern Virginia Community College for their Prerequisite. Felicia then attended George Mason University from 1999 to 2001, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
