Beth White

As Chief Sustainability Officer, Beth leads Newcrest’s Sustainability & Social Performance, Health, Safety, Environment, Security, Cultural Heritage and Net Zero Emissions functions.

Beth joined Newcrest in mid-September 2022 with over 20 years’ international experience in the oil and gas industry. She has worked across the fields of sustainability, commercial, development, exploration and geoscience. Beth joins Newcrest after nearly 15 years at Oil Search Limited where she was most recently Executive Vice President, Sustainability & Technology. Beth has also held technical and management positions at Woodside Energy.
