Megan Collins

As the Chief People and Culture Officer, Megan overseas Newcrest’s People & Employee Relations, Respect @ Work, Talent & Capability, and Performance and Rewards teams.

Megan joins Newcrest in mid October 2022 with over 25 years of experience in multi-national, ASX listed and start-up environments across multiple industries and geographies, including Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the United States.

Megan also spent 15 years working across multiple divisions of General Electric with her last role, as the Vice-President Human Resources for GE Capital.

In Australia, Megan also held the role of Chief People & Communications Officer at Treasury Wine Estates and most recently as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Judo Bank helping to design, develop and grow Judo’s organisational capability and culture and successful listing on the ASX in November 2021.
