Don Decourcy

Don Decourcy is the current Director of Operations at Newday Impact Investing. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Portfolio Manager & Director of Operations at Magni Global Asset Management LLC for 8 years and 8 months. In this role, they were responsible for producing annual budgets and financial forecasts for the organization, analyzing monthly financial performance of ETFs in company portfolios, and conducting monthly trades on client accounts with Charles Schwab’s Core Service Team. Don also created an Excel model that accurately calculates total return on investment for All Country World and Emerging Markets portfolios and automatically updates monthly data reports for clients and prospective clients that closely resembles the Global Investment Performance Standards format.

Before their time at Magni Global Asset Management LLC, Decourcy worked as a Compliance Officer, Analyst at Carlson Fixed Income Funds Enterprise for 1 year and 2 months. In this role, they were responsible for drafting detailed and thorough research reports comparing the US and European banking statistics, as well as US and European government spending to GDP ratios, to send out to prospective clients to support financial material.

Decourcy began their career as a Pre-Charge Off Collections Agent at US Bank, where they worked for 2 years and 1 month.

Don Decourcy holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity University.
