Sean Morris

Sean Morris has a diverse work experience in the field of RF engineering. Sean currently holds the position of Principal RF Engineer at NewEdge Signal Solutions since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Starry, Inc. as a Manager, RF Design Engineering from 2020 and transitioned from an interim role to a full-time position. While at Starry, Inc., they also served as a Senior RF Design Engineer from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining Starry, Inc., Sean worked as an RF Engineer II at Mercury Systems from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they were a Senior RF Systems Engineer at BAE Systems in 2017.

During their time at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from 2010 to 2017, Sean worked as an RF Engineer, specializing in RF and analog hardware design for radar systems. Sean also gained experience in radar systems integration, testing, and support for fielded radar systems.

Sean began their career at Honeywell as an intern from 2006 to 2008. Sean worked in R&D and Test Engineering for life safety applications. During this time, they successfully designed and built a cost-saving "load box" test fixture and provided technical support to a principal engineer.

Sean Morris attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering.
