Dugan O'Keene

Dugan O'Keene is an accomplished professional in product development and innovation, currently serving as the Director of Research & Innovation at Newell Brands since May 2021. With extensive experience at Oakley as Sr. Manager in Concept Development and R&D from April 2015 to April 2021, Dugan managed engineering teams and coordinated cross-functional groups to deliver user-focused insights and market analysis. Prior roles include Senior Product Design and Development Engineer at ACCO Brands and Program Manager of New Product Development at Focus Products Group International. Dugan holds a Master of Science in Product Development Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
