James Jordan

James Jordan is a seasoned training and development professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational training. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Global Training & Development at Newell Brands since June 2022, James previously held the role of Retail Sales Training Manager at Yankee Candle Company for over 16 years, overseeing training for 465 retail locations and managing a team of 35 trainers. Prior experience includes positions as Training Specialist II at First American Real Estate Tax Services, where James facilitated new hire training, and as Training and Organizational Development Manager at Gabberts Furniture and Design Studio, where an organizational learning system was implemented for 500 employees. James holds a Master of Science in Training and Development and a BAAS in Occupational Training and Education, both from the University of North Texas.
