Lura Lentz

Lura Lentz serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Home Fragrance at Newell Brands since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lura Lentz held various leadership positions in human resources at C&S Wholesale Grocers, TreeHouse Foods, ConAgra Foods, and RalCorp Holdings, where responsibilities included DEI initiatives, strategic HR leadership, employee relations, and managing HR functions across multiple manufacturing facilities. Earlier career experience includes roles as HR Manager and Regional Human Resources Manager. Lura Lentz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education from Florida State University.
