Nick Decker

Nick Decker has extensive experience in product development and engineering within the consumer goods industry, currently serving as Sr. Director of R&D at Newell Brands since 2007, overseeing the Rubbermaid, Fresh Preserving, and Calphalon R&D teams, in addition to the Asia R&D teams for the Food business unit. Previous roles at Newell Brands include Director of Product Development and Senior Manager of Product Development and Program Management. Nick also held positions as Product Engineering Manager and Principal New Product Development Engineer, among others. Prior experience includes a role as Warehouse Manager/Plant Scheduler at Graham Packaging and as Process Supervisor at Captive Plastics. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
