Diane Aractingi serves as the Director of Legal and Business Affairs for Scripted Productions at Newen France since May 2022, managing a team of 20 in-house lawyers responsible for negotiating contracts related to coproductions, commissioned content, talent agreements, and distribution. With a diverse background in legal and business affairs in the film and television industry, Diane has held senior roles at UGC, including Deputy Director of Legal and Business Affairs, and served as production counsel for notable projects such as the Netflix series "LUPIN." Previous experience includes a Director role at Keeward Group, overseeing legal aspects during significant expansion, and producing award-winning content at Fantascope Production. Diane holds degrees from prominent Parisian universities and possesses extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating complex agreements across various media platforms.
