Alicia Russell

Alicia Russell currently serves as the Integrated Care Programs Manager at Mystic Valley Elder Services, overseeing One Care LTSC and LTSS Care Coordination and managing a team of care professionals. Additionally, Alicia has worked as a Behavioral Therapist and Registered Behavior Technician at New England ABA since September 2019, providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism. Prior experience includes roles as an Integrated Care Coordinator at Mystic Valley Elder Services, where care coordination was provided to MassHealth enrollees, and as a Case Manager at The Arc of South Norfolk, focusing on individual development goals. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work was obtained from the University of New Hampshire, with further education ongoing at the University of West Florida.
