Don Glasser

Don Glasser has over 17 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently, they serve as the Director of Global Operations at New Era Technology. Previously, they worked at Cameo Global, Inc. for 13 years, starting as a Network Engineer and later becoming the Global Operations Manager. Before that, they spent 2 years at STS International, Inc. as a Cisco Virtual Office SME and an IT Analyst. Throughout their career, Don has gained expertise in areas such as VPN setup, hardware troubleshooting, IT support, and network management.

Don Glasser has a Bachelor's degree in Information and Computer Technology from East Carolina University. Don has also obtained certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) and Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP-RS) from Cisco in February 2020.
