Rod Burton

Rod Burton has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rod is currently the Finance Director for the Midwest Division at New Era Technology, where they started working in April 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Ryan Fireprotection, Inc. from July 2016 to December 2017. From 2000 to 2016, Rod was the CFO/Controller at ERMCO, Inc., overseeing financial operations, internal controls, and HR and IT functions. Rod also worked as a Controller at Central Indiana Contracting, Inc. from 1999 to 2000 and at Bright Sheet Metal from 1995 to 1999. Rod's career started as an Accounting Supervisor at Pentek Corporation in 1994, and before that, they worked as a Senior at Bagley, Hoage, & Harrison P.C. from 1989 to 1994.

Rod Burton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana State University - Scott College of Business, which they attended from 1985 to 1989. Rod also obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Indiana in 1992.
