Sandru Ionut has a diverse work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Sandru started their career in 2013 as a Data Center Agent at Vodafone, where they provided maintenance and support services for mobile equipment and M2M devices. In 2014, they joined Unify as a Telecommunications Engineer L2, where they resolved technical issues and provided support for international companies. In 2017, they moved to Global Convergence, Inc. as a Major Incident Manager and Problem Manager, overseeing the resolution of service issues and resource management. Sandru then joined New Era Technology in 2021 as a Global Service Delivery Manager and later became the Service Delivery Manager for EMEA, where they managed service delivery, facilitated communication between teams, and led the delivery of projects.

Sandru Ionut completed their Master's degree in Business Administration from Universitatea "Spiru Haret" din București in the years 2020-2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov from 2009-2013. Sandru also holds various certifications in Agile coaching, Kanban, Scrum, AI, ITIL, and other related fields from institutions such as International Scrum Institute, IBM, Coursera, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft.
