Cliff Medina is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business analysis, project management, and presentation design. Currently serving as a Jr. Pega Business Analyst at Newfold Digital since March 2020, Cliff focuses on managing tasks and initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve fulfillment service improvement points.
