Frank Soto

Frank Soto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and customer support management. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations and Director of Sales at Newfold Digital, Frank oversees strategic revenue-generating initiatives for the HostGator brand. Prior experience includes roles at Endurance International Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing a large customer support team and developing strategies to meet performance goals, as well as creating the Web Coach Program to enhance frontline team capabilities. Frank also established the Sales Department at Hostgator.com and has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Petbuddyhouston.com. A co-founder of Indiehouston.org, Frank contributed to marketing and event planning efforts. Educationally, Frank holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston.
