Alison Whitney

Alison Whitney has a long history of work experience. From 2013 to present, they have been working as a Senior Analyst, Customer Care at Newforma. Alison has also held roles as a Senior Technical Writer and User Assistance Developer, ConstructEx Product Manager, and Independent Technical Writer and Business Analyst. From 1997 to 2005, they worked at Oce Groupware Technology as a Business Analyst and Technical Trainer / Training Coordinator. Prior to that, they worked at Werner Consulting Services, Inc. from 1996 to 1997 as a Corporate Computer Trainer / Consultant, where they taught customized classes at the end-user, management and technical levels, developed course strategy and content based on client needs, and created, maintained and updated class manuals, sample files and other training materials.

Alison Whitney attended Baldwin Wallace University from 1990 to 1994, graduating with a BA in English. Alison then attended Bowling Green State University from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained their MA in English. Alison also has a WalkMe Builder Certification from WalkMe.
