Chyra Howlett

Chyra Howlett is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in talent branding and strategic growth. Currently serving as the Lead Marketing Strategist for Talent & Strategic Growth at Newfront since April 2023, Chyra previously held the position of Head of Talent Brand at Ontra from March 2022 to February 2023. Chyra's tenure at Universal Music Group spanned nearly six years, during which roles included Director of Brand and Experience and HR Initiatives & Brand Manager. Early career experience includes positions such as Talent Acquisition Coordinator at NBCUniversal Media, Sales Campaign Manager at Vanquish Marketing Group, and various marketing roles at RE/MAX ELITE and Pepperdine University. Chyra earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Pepperdine University.
