Ed Cha

Edward Cha is a highly experienced professional in the employee benefits and insurance industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Global Practice Leader at Newfront since December 2013. In this role, Edward is responsible for the vision, mission, and strategy while providing world-class consulting in global benefits and property & casualty. Additionally, Edward holds an instructor position at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, contributing to the Certificate in Global Benefits Management program. Previous experience includes significant roles at Wells Fargo Insurance and Mercer, where Edward focused on international employee benefits, client services, and operational efficiency in multinational environments.
