Heather Yates, PHR, CPP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in payroll, accounting, and HR consulting. Currently serving as VP and Practice Lead in Administrative Services and HRS at Newfront since May 2016, Heather has also held various roles including Executive HR Consultant and Senior Human Resources Consultant. Prior to their tenure at Newfront, Heather worked as an HR Consultant at SharedHR, where responsibilities included payroll and benefits administration. From May 2003 to January 2012, Heather managed bookkeeping and payroll functions at Heather Yates Bookkeeping. Earlier experience includes serving as Payroll Manager at North American Mortgage Company, overseeing payroll for over 4,500 employees.
